AUSTRALIA - ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all Australian Orders over $150. Orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. All shipping is standard shipping via Australia Post. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.

AUSTRALIA - RETURNS
We hope you love your Florence Marine X gear but we understand that sometimes products don't fit or you may want to return your purchase. That's not a problem. You may return your items free of charge as long as:

You made your purchase through our website FlorenceMarineX.com.au
Your purchase was received within the last 30 days.
Your products are still in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Your item wasn't purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

Please note that only items purchased through FlorenceMarineX.com.au can be returned through our online store and there is a $10 re-shipping fee on exchange items. All items purchased through physical retail stores must be returned to where they were originally purchased.

Returns on discounted or sale items are accepted as long as the product is in a brand new, unused condition with the original tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email support@florencemarinex.com.au for return shipping details on sale items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand only. Free shipping over $200.

All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

We stand behind our gear. If you’re not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags for a replacement or full refund.
